The Husqvarna TS 120 is a compact yet capable riding mower designed for homeowners who want reliable, quality performance without the bulk of a full-sized garden tractor. Built around a 19 HP engine and a 42-inch cutting deck, it is sized ideally for lawns up to about an acre and a half, offering enough power to handle typical residential terrain with ease. One of its standout features is Air Induction mowing technology, which lifts grass blades upright before cutting to produce a cleaner, more uniform finish than standard deck designs. Anti-scalp wheels further protect the lawn on uneven ground, keeping the deck from digging in and leaving unsightly marks.
Durability is a clear priority in the TS 120’s construction. A cast iron front axle provides a level of strength and longevity that plastic or stamped steel alternatives simply cannot match, and it contributes to the mower’s overall solid, planted feel during operation. The compact frame makes it easy to maneuver around tight spaces, garden beds, and obstacles, while still leaving room for a comfortable operator experience. The seat is adjustable, controls are positioned within easy reach, and the overall ergonomic layout reflects Husqvarna’s reputation for thoughtful, operator-focused design built over more than three centuries of engineering heritage.
At a starting price of $2,499, the TS 120 also opens the door to one of the widest attachment ecosystems available on a residential mower, with 17 compatible accessories ranging from grass baggers and dump carts to snow blades and snow throwers, making it a genuinely year-round machine. For buyers who want a compact, well-built mower from a brand with a long track record of quality, the TS 120 delivers a premium cutting experience in a package that is easy to store, easy to handle, and ready to grow with your needs through every season.
