The HART 40V 20-inch Brushless Self-Propelled Electric Lawn Mower is a capable and convenient battery-powered mower sold exclusively at Walmart, designed for homeowners who want a quiet, low-maintenance alternative to gas without sacrificing cutting performance. Powered by a 40V brushless motor paired with the included 6.0Ah lithium-ion battery, it delivers enough runtime to cut up to half an acre on a single charge, making it a practical choice for typical suburban lots. The brushless motor design means less wear over time, lower vibration during operation, and no need for the oil changes, spark plugs, or carburetor maintenance that come with gas-powered alternatives.
Ease of use is clearly a priority throughout the design. A single-point height adjustment system lets you change the cutting height across the full range of 1.5 to 4 inches in one simple motion rather than adjusting each wheel individually, saving time and frustration between mowing sessions. The self-propelled drive system offers multiple speed settings so you can match the mower’s pace to your own comfortable walking speed, and the on-board battery storage compartment keeps the battery secure and easily accessible during use. The included fast charger also delivers 2x faster charging compared to standard chargers, reducing downtime between sessions.
The deck offers full 3-in-1 versatility with bagging, mulching, and side-discharge options all included in the box, along with the grass bag and frame, mulch plug, and side discharge chute so you are ready for any mowing preference right out of the box. For homeowners already invested in the HART 40V battery system, the compatibility with other tools in the lineup adds even more value. It is a well-rounded, beginner-friendly electric mower that punches above its weight for an exclusively Walmart-sold product.
